MarketShack aggregates and organizes publicly available data from the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE EDGE, PSE Daily Quotation Reports) for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not licensed brokers, dealers, or investment advisers.

Any decision to buy, sell, or hold securities is yours alone. Past performance of any stock, signal, or pattern shown on the Service does not guarantee future results. Always consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

2. No Affiliation with PSE

MarketShack is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (“PSE”), PSE EDGE, any listed company, broker, or regulator. All references to PSE data are made solely for informational purposes under fair use principles.

3. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate data, but we provide the Service “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any information displayed is complete, current, or free from errors. Our data pipeline depends on third-party sources (PSE EDGE) that may change, be delayed, or contain errors outside our control.

Do not rely on MarketShack as the sole source for any trading or investment decision. Always verify critical information against official PSE filings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from MarketShack using automated tools without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Philippine Securities Regulation Code
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other technical safeguards

We reserve the right to block access from any IP, user agent, or pattern that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The underlying PSE disclosure data is in the public domain as filings submitted to a public exchange. The MarketShack user interface, branding, editorial content, search algorithms, aggregations, and presentation are the intellectual property of MarketShack and are protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. You may link to MarketShack pages, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of the interface or content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other third-party ad networks. We do not control the content of these ads, and their display does not constitute endorsement. See our Privacy Policy for details on how third-party advertising may use data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETSHACK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT VALUE — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You use the Service at your own risk.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
